Video call using asterisk and linphone

Hi,

I installed the asterisk and freebpx in google cloud, I opened the 5060 port (tcp, udp) and 10000-20000 (udp)

The freepbx is configured to use startic ip and the Nat is enabled

Video support is enabled

I use chan-sip channel

But I have two problems

1.       The registration using udp protocol is unauthorized

2.       The video call not working : only I have the audio

Any idea please

Have you enabled the necessary ports on GCP firewall.? You can also search in ServerFault for similar queries and concerns where the community is very much active (which include Google Engineers as well). While posting your query there in ServerFault, add necessary information and error reports (if any).
