How can i import data automatically, and then exploit it with bigquery?

Hello,

At work, im attached to a new project: create a database from spreadsheets (google sheets) which can be requested with bigquery. 

But i dont know how to import google sheets data into google cloud platform, and this automatically.

I have skills in SQL but Google Cloud Platform is new for me, so i dont know what i have to do.
