us-central1-b Resource Pool Exhausted

I have been trying to set up a hadoop cluster with 100 workers but I keep getting this error: "ERROR: ZONE_RESOURCE_POOL_EXHAUSTED: The zone 'projects/project_name/zones/us-central1-b' does not have enough resources available to fulfill the request.  Try a different zone, or try again later."  Is there anything else I can do to work around this?  I only have my compute quota increased for this zone.

Hi,

This error indicates that resources are exceeded in that zone (us-central1-b). Your quota is applied to the whole region (us-central1), of which that zone is just one part. You should therefore find you can create instances in us-central1-a and us-central1-c.

You can also retry later - other customers may terminate their instances, freeing resources or Google may make more resources available in that zone.
