Not able to connect to VM

I am not able to connect to my VM. I went to windows defender setting and in the option to reset the firewall settings to default, I clicked it and lost the connection. The VM contains a lot of data. It is online but i am unable to access it. Please help.

Hello,

You should try to access your instance via serial console as indicated here [1], then you should restore your previous firewall configuration.
