Hello, I need to create a virtual machine or instance of Windows Server, in compute

engine says: in compute engine says: Your image source must use the extension .tar.gz; i convert the image with peazip for windows tar.gz, I uploaded the .iso "9600.17050 .WINBLUE_REFRESH.140317-1640_X64FRE_SERVER_EVAL_ES-ES-IR3_SSS_X64FREE_ES-ES_DV9" but errors occur for example: " the tar archive is not a valid image "or" the file inside the tar archive was'files named / [boot] / ". It Should be named'disk raw'.

-Which is the right way?
-If it's easier, how to could use a disk image .vdi virtualbox ?
-The Default images such as "windows-server-2012-r2-dc-v20160224 are trial?
Appreciate your understanding, I am newbie in google cloud and I'm starting to learn Linux, thanks in advance.

Hola, necesito crear una maquina virtual o instancia de windows server,  en compute engine al crear la instancia dice: Your image source must see extension .tar.gz, he convertirto la imagen con peazip para windows a tar.gz y he subido la .iso: "9600.17050.WINBLUE_REFRESH.140317-1640_X64FRE_SERVER_EVAL_ES-ES-IR3_SSS_X64FREE_ES-ES_DV9", pero surgen errores: "the tar archive is not a valid image" o "the file inside the tar archive was named ´files/[boot]/". It should be named ´disk raw´.
