IOPS issue in GCP VM instances drive

Hi Guys,

We are getting IOPS issues badly on our GCP DB instance . We are getting below errors in DB. The Vm contains a combination of SSD and non SSD PD disk. 

Please suggest what can be done to fix this IOPS issue

average throughput:   6.54 MB/sec, I/O saturation: 4198, context switches 10403
SQL Server has encountered 27 occurrence(s) of I/O requests taking longer than 15 seconds to complete on file [H:\MSSQL\DATA\LTF_DWH_7.ndf] in database [LTF_DWH] (17).  The OS file handle is 0x00000000000014BC.  The offset of the latest long I/O is: 0x0001c95e774000
