200$ For 2 TB of data Transfered

Google is charging me 200 usd for 2tb of outbound data transfer, how is that justifiable i cant pay that for only 2tb what do i do?

The price on data transfer depends on the location [1] and the network tiering [2].
I recommend using the price calculator [3] to get a better cost estimation and do not hesitate to contact support for any questions regarding your billing account [4].

It would be good to get some more information on this as the charged price seems to be 100x to 1000x the market rate.

Well it says it right in the chart:

Network (Egress)
Worldwide Destinations
(excluding China & Australia,
but including Hong Kong)
(per GB in USD)


1-10 TB - $0.11

So figure 2,000 Gb (2 TB) would cost $220 to transfer out.

Yeah it's not cheap, but cloud computing isn't cheap, it's meant for serious business that is well funded...
