Hello,
we are currently trying to make our OAuth app verified to use the sensitive scope. And from time to time we get e-mails from google support, that have in CC a recipient, that no longer works in our company. He was removed from all the known for us places, and we checked (we think) all settings in the Developer Console and not only. But e-mails are still sent to him as well.

There is a text in the footer of such emails: You have received this mandatory service announcement to update you about important changes to Google Cloud Platform or your account.

Could you please help us to find the place, where these announcement settings could be updated?

It still unclear whether the mentioned(problematic) user account is receiving notifications/updates regarding Google Cloud Platform and/or it connected resources.

By default, a user account with 'owner role' or 'billing account administrator' role in a specific Google Cloud Platform project will receive notifications/updates regarding the the GCP project. You can find more details about the categories of notifications and its default contact in this help center article. If the project is a part of Organization, you also need to check whether the user account is still have the mentioned roles at the Organization level.

By looking at your statement, it seems like the notifications are  coming from Google Cloud Platform. So the particular user account may be still having the owner role(or billing account administrator) in that GCP project.  You might need to follow either of the below mentioned steps to manage the notifications connected with GCP.

1. Revoke the necessary role for the particular user account.
2. Change the communication preferences for email and mobile notifications from Google Cloud Platform

If the above mentioned steps didn't help you with your situation, then you need to seek additional assistance from Google Cloud Platform as a next best step.

Hi again,
I checked all the places that you've mentioned, but unfortunately I could not find any other users with emails that are used in notifications, since I am the lonely "owner" of the account. The last user was removed on March 5th, but he still presents in the list of recipients. Together with some other recipients, that I can not find in the GCP settings. May I share the emails with you personally somehow?
