IMPORTANT! My google cloud billing gets suspended, with a 3-year commitment plan.

Hi Google Support team,

My google cloud account was suspended. I was running 2 projects, with 1-year commitment and 3-year commitment respectively.

I appealed and submitted the documents via the Form they provided. However, after few minutes, I received an email saying that the team refuse to re-open my account, see below:

Dear Google Cloud Platform / API customer

Thank you for submitting your verification information. Unfortunately, we cannot re-open your Your Google Cloud Platform / API billing account due to suspicious activity that appears to violate our Terms of Service. We take the safety and security of individuals using the Google Cloud Platform very seriously, and consequently all projects associated with this billing account will also remain suspended.

They didn't provide any information on what rules I broke on Google cloud. I have no idea on why my account get suspended. 


What should I do now? I am willing to provide additional documents if needed. Please help!

Hi Liyuan, 

I am a trying to see if I find a way to contact the responsible team so you can interact directly with them. I sent you a message in this discussion, at the moment my thoughts are to open a ticket with the billing team
