I am started using Google Cloud Platform from June14 onwards and during the creation of cloud platform I have enabled the billing account and the free trial credit of $300 is added to my billing account. In next few days the billing account has been closed automatically so then I tried adding new billing account to the same project successfully and then I started creating customized VM instances and using it properly. Today again the new billing account has been closed due to outstanding charges all though my free trial credits are still available in my account. why they asked me to pay the amount? Google has to automatically detected amount from the free credits right??

Billing Account

The billing account ID 01732B-5DC793-0A0C78 is assigned to the project ID:- eternal-ruler-207214. I got a mail today by saying the billing account has been closed due to outstanding charges payment not done. When I went and check in the new billing account I found the message "No Credits to display"
Why the free credits of $300 is not displaying in the newly added billing account??
But at the same time the free credits were showing in the old billing account and if the credits were showing in the new billing account the outstanding charges will be automatically detected from the free credits and due to payment not done I am unable to start the VM instances.
Please kindly check and let me know why the credits are not showing and let me know if anything needs from my end.
