High error rate accessing Google API's

Since couple hours we are seeing large amount of various errors accessing datastore service via API in europe-west from AWS eu-west-1 region, resulting in retries:

[cURL error 7: Failed to connect to oauth2.googleapis.com port 443

[cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 3001 milliseconds

cURL error 56: SSL read: error:00000000:lib(0):func(0):reason(0), errno 104

cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 7001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

The problem started to appear since 19:00 UTC.

Is this a known issue / possible overload situation?

As of 04:36 UTC Apr 2 the situation has returned to normal and datastore service is reachable normal again.

There's no indication on Google Cloud Status Dashboard of any error.

Can Google please comment what caused this and if there was any resource constraint. If our project ID is required for investigation, PM me please.
