how to install cuda driver 418 version and cuda 10.1 with ubuntu 18.04LTS in compute engine

Hi all,

I want to use google cloud platform to leverage a docker to train DNN models. I need cuda version 418 and cuda 10.1. When I followed the instructions in the documents they provided, it installed a newer version of driver version. https://cloud.google.com/compute/docs/gpus/install-drivers-gpu

I searched to use the following link to install it by myself, but failed.
