I've searched for this all over and can't seem to find an answer. We run WooCommerce hosting and have received questions about hosting CBD (Cannabidiol) stores.

The only thing I found for "Google Cloud" and "CBD" on Google is that BigCommerce allows CBD and runs on Google Cloud but they don't allow direct signups so there might be other limitations.

Where can I get an answer to this legal question?

You will need to contact our sales team for questions that are within the legal scope.

You can click on this link to be redirected to the "contact sales" form.

Sales said they cannot answer and directed us back to support. Support said they cannot give an answer outside to referring to existing legal documents (which just say no illegal activity but this is a bit more complicated than that).

We were then given a link to Google's legal department but I got an auto-reply that said "YOUR EMAIL WILL ONLY BE READ IF IT IS PROVIDING NOTICE AS REQUIRED BY A PARTNER CONTRACT YOU HAVE WITH GOOGLE." but I do not know to which notice it's referring to.

I'm running out of ideas on where to ask.

The automated message refers to the fact that client will need to have an established relationship as a google partner to use that channel. (If you have a partner contract with Google they would know).

Unfortunately, this forum is for discussing Google product. You may want to reach out to your Customer Engineer or TAM.

I still believe you might want to reach out to Sales and request for policy impact request.
