I started with GCP, and I want to learn about GCP Security, I do not know what I need to learn, I would be happy if you write me what topics I need to study, and I would also love to get as many links to free online courses as possible.

If you want to start from scratch, the short answer is always: Take Quick Start courses. On the other hand, GCP has a variety of products and all of them have security involved, if you are starting, this means the recommended approach is to select 1 of them.
