Error - No supported authentication methods available (Server sent: Publickey)

Authentication log (see session log for details):
Using username "root".
Authenticating with public key "root".
Server refused public-key signature despite accepting key!

I am getting this error when I want to access google cloud server via FTP.

Please provide more information about the issue. What FTP client are you using?
