IP Address has been blocked.

Hi all,

I want to call my google translate API but get such error message: Requests from IP address 23.101.*.* are blocked. I have moved to other location and changed the network environment but get the same result with different IP address. Actually this IP address 23.101.*.* is a MS Azure compute service, and it's my first time to use this IP address to send translate request, I have never to any illegal things.

What should I do to let google remove my IP from blacklist.

Hi William, 

As a test, could you try running your application using an IP which is not Chinese based? The reason I ask is because I would like to narrow down your issue. Can you run your application in another region or area and let us know if that works?
