COS 85-13310.1209.7 LTS cannot run cos-extensions

Upon running `cos-extensions install gpu` from image COS 85-13310.1209.7 LTS,
I get:

Failed to download extensions/gpu/450.51.06.signature.tar.gz from public GCS:
status: 404 Not Found

The following diagnostic:

curl -sSL -k https://storage.googleapis.com/cos-tools/?marker=12894.0.0/kernel_commit.md5 | xmllint --format - | grep Key|grep "13310\." |grep extensions/gpu

does not yield a Key "13310.1209.7/extensions/gpu".

Thank you for reporting this issue. I was able to  reproduce it in my environment. As such, I have created this issue tracker report on behalf of the community, and for further follow up. As mentioned, I have already forwarded the report to the Compute Engine team. But there is no ETA about it at the moment. For future similar reports, please do not hesitate to utilize issue-tracker whether for reporting defects or for feature requests as per instructions in this document.
