Unable to ping GCP instance from windows cmd.

Hi,

I'm unable to ping my GCP instance from a remote server (windows). 

I'm able to access port 9200 and 8080 from the web browser on windows. Fire walls are open to all ports and all IP ranges. I couldn't figure out the solution.

It's Centos on GCP.

I am able to ping the IP address provided from a remote Windows machine, and the VM associated seems listening on port 22. I am not sure if (at the time) the VM was shutdown, or if the IP is still associated with your VM ( if assigned ephemeral IP). I suggest to check from Cloud Console if the VM is up with the correct IP.
