Is there any way to migrate VMs from VMware cloud director version 10.3 to google cloud platform ?

Hello,

You can migrate via Velostrata and follow the steps setup. Just to let you know if you are having VSphere and VCD environment, the flash plugin isn't supported anymore and they encourage customers to work with the Wave interface via the MGMT UI. However, the VCD will not affect the backend VM.
