Google New Site Floating Button Features

I m using Google New Site, On my site, I want to show a floating button on the right side of the page, if scroll the page floating button also should travel with the scroll vertically,

In Google New Site I could not see the floating button option. Is there any other way to implement a floating button in google new site?
