HELP, HELP - to get Google Workspace support require LOGIN of an ADMIN , mine is blocked :-(

How can I get help to ENABLE ADMIN account. 

Now - to get any support (email, chat, call) REQUIRE being logged in as  ADMIN.

When I reported this issue on this group before Ahmad (thanks for responding)
directed me to Google Workspace support: https://support.google.com/a/answer/1047213 , however, to get support, you MUST be logged in as ADMIN.

And also He provided phone number to contact Google Workspace support: 1-877-355-5787. I called and the PIN is required which you can get ONLY once you log in as ADMIN. 

Is there anyone who can support me in ENABLING the disabled account? 

After trying to log in as ADMIN the following message pops up: 
It looks like this account violated the Google Workspace Acceptable Use Policy and has been disabled. Contact your administrator for additional help.

Hello,

As the error states, you need to contact the Administrator of your organization so he can follow the process [1].
