I have activated a free trial for Google Cloud Platform, and got my account credited with $300 for 60 days.

When I'm navigating to Compute Engine->VM Instances->Create Instance, I have an empty "machine type" dropbox (actually, there is 1vCPU selected by default, but when I click dropbox to look for f1-micro - I see an empty rectangle, see attached screenshot).

The same trouble in both Chrome and Firefox.

What should I do?

Hello Eugene,

Our engineering team is already aware of this issue and they are working hard to fix it as soon as possible. You can subscribe to this issue report for updates. With that said, you can use gcloud command line tool to create the instance with your desired machine type.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Hi Faizan,

Is it possible to migrate the wordpress website I currently have running on the n1-Standard machine to a f1-micro machine via the command line?

Thanks,
Andrew
