First of all, I wish team had a good working week. I have a problem to present below:
In the process of co-operation between me and Google. Specifically, we rent Server services on the Google Cloud system. Currently my Google Cloud Project Thanh Hu Project (id: quantum-ally-182815) building on your google cloud system, my billing account 016103-0B8556-69E6E5. We have made the payment and validation of Visa that providing full of cardholder information as being requested but somehow our Google cloud account has been disabled since 12:59 minutes on October 29, 1977 - Vietnam time).
We have built and developed a lot of important data on that server system. However, you closed our server and did not tell us what was the reason for the violation? That made us very worried about our important data. That data is about our customers extremely important. If we can know the specific violation, we will definitely fix that immediately. I even ready to go to the headquarters of Google in Singapore to verify the information if it is in necessary.
In addition, my credit card completely clean, visa card 4220 7686 **** 0465 was issued in Vietnam. Two weeks ago, I traveled to the US and my 4220 7686 **** 0465 Visa Card was used to spend on some payments in US. I wonder if this is the reason that made you thought my card was hacked.
I can assure that I am legal holder of visa card 4220 7686 **** 0465 as well as I can pay any costs incurred from my Google Cloud account. I have scanned and attached all of documents, bills, IDs, etc so that you can check my issue again. Beside, I would like to say that I always believe in Google services. I am looking forward to hearing from Support Team after reviewing and verifying my account soon.
