Hi,

My requirement is to have a VM with 8 nvidia-tesla-v100 GPUs.

Any region across USA is fine. However, I am not seeingnvidia-tesla-v100 in my GCP console. Below is what I see.

Am I missing something here?

Also, if I choose "NVIDIA Tesla P100 Virtual Workstation" type of GPU, I don't see "8" GPU available. I have tried this with many regions.

It seems like you are choosing wrong zones while adding GPU to your Google Compute Engine instances.

As per the help center article about 'GPUs on Compute Engine', the following zones currently have nvidia-tesla-v100 GPUs.

========
us-west1-a
us-west1-b
us-central1-a
us-central1-b
us-central1-f
europe-west4-a
europe-west4-b
europe-west4-c
asia-east1-c
========
Please try to create a GPU instance in the above mentioned zones. If you are not able to create such an instance in the above mentioned zones, please submit a private issue using this issue-tracker link. While opening the private report, mention your project number along with a detailed explanation of this issue.

Also 'NVIDIA-Tesla-P100 Virtual Workstation' GPU model could not be created with more than 4 GPUs at this time with a Google Compute Engine instance. For more details, please refer the documents on GPUs for graphics workloads. However, this could be a feature request for the Google Cloud platform. I would strongly recommend you to create one using this link.

I hope this helps.
