Cannot create a project

Every time I tried to create a new project on my platform, it gives me an error saying 

You don't have permissions to perform the action on the selected resource.

I'm the owner of this platform and I'm the only user of my cloud platform (I'm on free tier) and I just have one project on going.

I am not sure what is wrong with this.

I don't see anyone asking about not being able to create a project so please take a look at my case!

Hi.  I cannot create a project with the above error.

I tried all those IAM tricks and honestly I don't think it's a permission error since I am the owner.

I don't know where this big gap came from but lol the point is I still can't create a project!

The issue should have been fixed on Tuesday 10:30 PM Pacific time [1]. Please let me know if you are still having trouble creating new projects.

Are you getting the exact same error? Because when I checked the Google Cloud Platform's status dashboard, I couldn't find any recent issue reported over there connected with a project creation failure. Furthermore, I was able to create a project without any issue. 

That's being said, as explained previously in this discussion thread, use gcloud command to get more details on the error you are receiving. Then, use those error logs(along with the steps and documents you followed) to create a issue report so that Google Cloud Platform team should be able to investigate it further.
