Google cloud platform free credits are not using in the new Billing Account

Hi All,

I am started using Google Cloud Platform from June14 onwards and during the creation of cloud platform I have enabled the billing account and the free trial credit of $300 is added to my billing account. In next few days the billing account has been closed automatically so then I tried adding new billing account to the same project successfully and then I started creating customized VM instances and using it properly. Today again the new billing account has been closed due to outstanding charges all though my free trial credits are still available in my account. why they asked me to pay the amount? Google has to automatically detected amount from the free credits right??

Billing account

The billing account ID 01732B-5DC793-0A0C78 is assigned to the Project ID eternal-ruler-207214 but when I click on the billing account GCP billing account I find there is no credits to be displayed I don't know why the credits are not displayed on the new billing account because this is a free trial account (This account created only on June 14th 2018).

Why the free credits are not displaying in the new billing account?

Note:- But the same free trial credits has been showing in the old billing account why the free credit amount is not using in the new billing account and if its available then I don't need to pay the outstanding amount and the due amount charges will be automatically detected from the free trial credits. Please check and let me know if you need any further informations and help me to resolve this issue. The VM instance now I am unable able to start due to outstanding charges not done.

I can see that you have already started another discussion for the same concern. Please follow that discussion thread as any further updates regarding this will be posted there.

Also, keep in mind that this is a general discussion group and posting any sensitive information (for ex:- Project number, project ID) here is not recommended.
