Hello , anyone can help me, i new in cloud google, after i register, i get 300$ free, but i click the button Upgrade, so i can't use my 300$ Free Billing , anyone can help me please? :(

Hello Adiyatma,
Once you upgrade your account you still keep the 300$ free credit. In order to get more information about the credit you can login to your Developer console (https://console.developers.google.com/) click on gear icon on the top right select Billing accounts->Credits page.
