centos 6 virtual machine's root password?

Google Cloud Compute Engine Instance Using 

I in the trial centos6 virtual machine. On windows using gcloud can log into CentOS system, login user  is not the root, how to be able to log in as root and root password of CentOS is what, where to find.

please help!

Hi Tom,

You can use 'sudo su -' to switch to the root user. You can also use 'sudo passwd root' to update root's authentication token(s) and then use 'su -' command to switch to the root user.
