Hello,

I understand you are observing the quota error while trying to create the windows VM with GPU and it mentioned your limit is 0.0. Upon that when you upgrade your account do you mean you have upgraded from free trial to paid one?

Furthermore, you tried to increase the GPU quota from 0 to 1 and the request is denied. So I can suggest you to contact sales with the help of the Link, to increase your GPU quota.

Also, you can reply to the email you have received from the quota team to get in touch with them.

If your project is under a free trial program, you can't add GPUs to your VM instances or can't request a quota increase. It is a limitation under the free trial you can find under the 'Program coverage' section of the free trial documentation

However, as you already upgraded your account to a cloud-paid billing account, you should be able to request any GCP quota increase(including a GPU quota update) without any issue. But since you are getting 'declined' on your request, you need to approach the Google Cloud sales team(as mentioned by the other community support member in the last message) for more information regarding this as the next best step.

I get the following email when I try to increase my GPU quota

"Unfortunately, we are unable to grant you additional quota at this time. If
this is a new project please wait 48h until you resubmit the request or
until your Billing account has additional history."

My project is a couple of weeks old now. Still asks me to wait for 48h.

What should I do ?
