New VM with blank screen

Hello,

I recently created a VM instance  with this source image: windows-server-1909-dc-core-for-containers-v20210309.

But when I connect to the VM through RDP connections, I got this blank screen with this command line in this attached image.

Please what will I do next?

I want to be able to login to it like in the second image.

Have you tried to scroll down the outside window? Have you tried to reboot the instance ? You can reboot it from that terminal using the command shutdown /r.
