My service was all of the sudden interrupted because of violation of terms of service.  found out because Google tried billing my card for $1.32 and the card was decline.  The card was declined because it had the wrong billing address.

it's odd that Google tried billing my account for $1.32 and now there are other charges totaling $4.36.  Yet I'm on a trial account with $300 and 57 days left.  Why am I being billed as per Google's Terms of Service during the trial that I would not be billed.

The interruption has caused my financial damage because the server we set up was for a new API we launched for our clients.  I can't get a hold of anyone.  They're quick to turn off but slow to turn back on after I paid something I shouldn't be paying.

anyone else have this issue and how did you remedy it?

Hello Khoi,

The charge of $1.32 is not actually a charge, but a verification hold. This is to validate the credit card on file. The amount is held and then drops off from your credit card within 1–8 business days.

More information on this can be found by visiting, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Authorization_hold . Google, in no way keeps the verification charge. The $1.32 hold is used to verify that the account is valid, then released within a few days. In case, if you require further assistance you can reach our billing team through this link.

I hope that answers your question.

then explain the additional charges I have on my account?  There are charges even when the server has been interrupted for service.  There is a $11.63 charge on my account.  Do you even look at the account before commenting. And since I've updated my card and paid that ridiculous $1.32 why isn't turned back on even though you're charging me during a freaking free trial.

i've contacted billing support and they have no idea what they're doing also.  EVERY Fortune 500 company EXCEPT Google turns service back on immediately after payment has been made.  I'm not about to pay $700+ a month for platinum support services so I can get billing issue support.  From where i stand, google cloud is not small business friendly.

Hi Khoi,

I'm genuinely sorry you're having trouble here, as contacting billing support is exactly what you should have done for a problem like this. You definitely do not need "platinum" support to get help with billing. If you'll reply to me privately with the case number you opened, I will escalate it within the billing team to both get you to a quick resolution and find out what happened in your case.

Again, all I can offer at the moment is apologies, but I hope I can help.

Regards,
Jesse
