I got a email towards the end of last week stating that, "Immediate action required: Your Google Cloud/ APIs project Joomla Access (id:) has been suspended." This project has been running with out any problems for quite some time so I'm not sure what caused the issue. I'm trying to work out what I need to do in order to remove the suspension.

The basic use of the API is to display events from my google calendar on my Joomla website using a joomla plugin.. The plugin is called dbcalendar. https://joomla.digital-peak.com/documentation/58-dpcalendar/709-google-calendar-plugin

I setup the project following the documentation from the plugin creators website.

I have logged into the google cloud platform and requested an appeal, however I can't seem to get past the "We Have detected a Terms of Service violation" page.  For example I can go under Manage Resources, see my project name and see the status as suspended. If i click "fix it", it takes me back to "We Have detected a Terms of Service violation" page.  If I click the 3 vertical dots and click settings it takes me back to "We Have detected a Terms of Service violation" page.

I'm not sure where I need to go in order to review and fix the issue.  Any help you may be able to provide would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your time,

Erick

Hi Erick,
Thanks for contacting us. I'm going to forward this to the right folks. Can you send me your project number offline?

Thanks,
Mike

Hello Eduardo,

You can reach out to Billing and Payments Support team and they can definitely investigate your issue related to suspension and would be able to advise you way forward.
