FileZilla always recently failed on uploading file

I am trying to upload file of my website hosted in my google cloud. It was working fine till yesterday, but from today I am getting error. The permissions seemed to be changes. While I make changes to a file and trying to save I am getting following error in filezille.

Status: Starting upload of C:\Users\Jino Eficaz\AppData\Local\Temp\fz3temp-2\Cmp 2.php
Status: Retrieving directory listing of "/var/www/html/websitename/api/application/controllers"...
Status: Listing directory /var/www/html/ websitename  /api/application/controllers

I am connecting to my project files through FileZilla (hosted in Google Clouds). It was working fine till yesterday. Starting yesterday I am getting issues:

  1. When I restart the compute engine FileZilla is working for fine few seconds. Then it reverts back to permission issue or showing Failed while saving files.
  2. I checked with permissions and everything looks fine. My project files is inside 'var/www/html'

I did a quick search with the error messages[1] you have received and I found a possible solution in this[2] third-party community article. Please note that Google cannot vouch for such third-party articles[2] and hence you may need to try-out the solution provided over there at your own risk. 
If the provided[2] solution didn't help, your best approach(as suggested by the previous community support personal) is to post the same concern with either www.stackoverflow.com or www.serverfault.com.
