IoT device support list for GCP

Dear All,

Where can I find this IoT device support list for GCP?

I have IoT Arduino device upload image to my GCP Ubuntu VM very slow. 400k took's 90s.

Others device (mobile Phone) upload fast took 9s.

Any troubleshooting we can check on ?
