You all better start working, or you all won't even realize and your department will be switched!
I'm being honest here. 
Please give GCo your best shot! Know your reasons for why you want to stay in the organization, in this portfolio, and then work upon your reasons! :) 
Not that your TLs or VPs would be around you with belts. but atleast don't be lazy and dull with things! SPARKLEEE with your work! :)
