Dear Ruchi & Suyash

It is with regret that I tender my resignation as member from  AIESEC.

I would be grateful if you could confirm receipt of my notification.

I would also like to say that I have enjoyed my time working with everyone in AIESEC and appreciate the support that has been provided to me during my tenure.

I gave my resignation  because I was facing time issues but now I take it as a challenge and want to be in AIESEC.

Understand AIESEC is no joke, you resign a day the other day you want to come bac​k. Also know that you were already on warning. When a person is on warning they cannot resign, they are FIRED. And that is what I was about to do. I just wanted the festive season to pass so that I can fire you on a good day and not a festive occasion.

Now that you don't want to resign (or I should say I am not firing you) your deadline to accomplish your task has been extended to the 25th of November, failing which you will be made an Associate Member.

I hope I am really clear to you. You were put on warning for obvious reasons, your conduct, your performance, your integrity and maturity. Hope to see you do good and achieve your targets! 
Good luck with your EB Application. Also if your task is not fulfilled you will automatically be rejected from the leadership Body of 2016.

Hello Akansha,

I took time to come back here because I had to know your state of mind and story from your end! According to the procedure, you are now degraded to an Associate Member. Your Associate Member targets are:

1) 5 Raises for any month after March, with the client paying minimum 4,000 food+accommodation.
2) 2 matches, only 1 person shall be from Egypt.

Deadline for your AM targets is 27th of December! If you fail to complete these, you'll have to leave. 

The road ahead may not be easy, but it's worth it! For any doubts and confusions feel free to contact Viraj.

Hello Akansha,

The fact that you did not even care to reply on the above sent mail, is itself the reason which doesn't make me justify for why I would fire you. It has been a great journey already! Hope you have had your share of learnings from this organization, hope you've grown and learnt your part! 

It has been nice knowing you, every good thing has to come to an end some day for some new to start, this is the end for you!
