Mr. Chohan, can u tell the forum your rights in the GCD property, without having a document in place. I wonder why have u been paying money. If you don't have an agreement with the builder.
I trust that you don't expect this forum and its members or ETA to enforce a STAY on the project, and delay it further.

That's the only way out left to us. ETA guys would, otherwise, keep giving us one excuse after another. Technically and ethically, they are responsible for all the mess. It is our hard earned money and they must respond positively.
They are just keeping quite. Please let us all know when the draft is ready.

eeryone is given a chance to sign the letter (or not if they decide
not to).
This is our action plan and we will moe ahead since time is running -
and we have to act before its too late.

To be frank. I don't have any issue with ETA. I know my rights as per the contractual agreement, signed.
Neither have I any reason to be aggressive.
I think its you ARE being rude and ..... See your last few emails.
I am just supporting the FORUM and have been one of the first few members of it.
I think ETA has been fair to us, though we on our part have genuine grievances !!
Delays take place in almost all projects - all over the world.
The above are my opinions, you may have yours. But no need to get personal. I don't even know your name, and probably may not be interested in knowing it.
If u don't want cc of my emails sent to the forum. Kindly advise the forum accordingly.
