Any news on the GCD dreams one project.

I think a new payemt plan is being forced on the investors who still want to go ahead with the project.

I am curious of cancellations  how many of u have successfully cancelled and got a refund of your money back . 

I think this is High time that we all go to arra and ask for our right against these non performing  company

Taking them to court is like fighting against wind-mills. Dubai Real Estate market is in the worst crisis ever. There is not one RE company that is not in trouble. Chances to win in court are close to zero – and will cost a lot of energy, time and money.
