Dear all ,
I am writing this as a member of the group.
First at the outset let me tell you that some of you may not agree to what i have to say .It suits me fine . Ill accept it whatever it may be.
I have been handling this group since its inception .I had a personal instance with some of the members feeling this whole issue may not be genuine etc etc. Iaccpted what he/she had to say and finally today that person is a member of this group seeing our strenght in numbers.
All must undersand that our primary purpose is to GET our Moneys worth .We need our units and sooner the better .This is the best thing that makes economic sense ruling out cancelations . Cancellations are a different ball game altogether .I personally can assure any one trying to cancel his unit will not getanything back till the end of next year if they opt for cancellation.
Now coming to the primary purpose we want our units and we need them soon. STAR GIGA has been non responding to our communications. Do all of us want contracts or do we need our units . I know ill take a lot of flak for this but even of those who have a rental gaurantee worded in their contract has ARRA been able to help you with it ?
What i am trying to achieve is we need to have a proper way to get our issues addressed . A conflict with the developer in no way helps in any thing. We need teeth for our purpose. I dont mean to sound pessimistic but will sending a letter SUFFICE .
WHAT NEXT ?
Personally i have tried letters , mails meetings but of no avail it lands no where . Construction has been stopped (GCD1) or not started yet on other projects .I feel we need to get working so the projects start working fast. No one needs their money to be stuck in a rut like this .The faster we get out of this the better it is for all of us. The more delay the more painful it is for all of us.
Let us see now how STAR GIGA responds .? This could be any bodys guess .
I have my fingers crossed . I dont expect any action from star giga from the signing of the letter and asking them to respond .
All i am asking you my dear friends is that what do we do now ?
Legal action at this stage seems to be a forgone conclusion in the light of the economic scenario world wide. We can never expect a favourable decision in our favour as the developers side the governments and in no way in our favour will a decision be granted.
I have a sugesstion is to force a meeting with the TOP management and get their perspective on this and what t hey wish to say
Once we know this then we can proceed .
