Dear Clients,
I did try to contact you on the numbers provided to us, Please find the attached unit details location map in Dubai and the Cyber Residence brochure , kindly sign the reservation form as soon as possible as limited availability and on first come first serve basis, Please do not hesitate to contact me for any further queries.
Please be informed that with several requests from clients during the period, the management has decided to extend the deadline for transferring Goldcrest Smart Towers unit/units to Cyber Residences in DSO, Dubai, for upto Jan 10th 2010.
With the above, the option to consolidate the investment is available only to this date, with by this time you would have chosen the new unit/units and completed the respective documentation.
For clients who wish to remain in the original Ajman project, we will make sure that after the above date, the Escrow accounts will be opened up in Ajman against the Smart Towers development, and current paid amounts to be transferred to the same. They will clear all the outstanding dues and follow their original payment plan with the Escrow accounts.
any update for above please let we know
Regards,
Baburaj

The obvious answer is to make a class action legal case
The are obviously not going to do anything untill they are forced to.
Which makes me angry because if they had just bothered to talk to us , then this could be avoided
However the terms on there contract are clear ( at least for GCD1): if they cannot give us the properties by the end of ApriL 2010 then they will have to give us our money back.
The defence of force majeur is spurious. The has not been any interruption of electricity supply as there never was any supply in the first place. (I have had this checked out by a use lawyer).
They will not do anything until we threaten legal action
