Hey guys does any one know what is happening on the site ? of GCD 1 

Any one passing by emirates city please do all of us a favour 

Before we start paying we should be careful this time 

I wish to know all of your opinion what should be done for payments 

every one please contribute to this .

can anyone give me the details of any lawyer who is already reprsenting any of you guys?because we are better of taking our money back rather  than wasting anymore for the investment which has already gone pear shaped.

According to the email received from Star Giga GCD 1 payment is due on 15th July, but I am wondering how many of us are willing to pay?

 

I request the members of this group to give your opnion how many members of this group are willing to pay.

 

I am not sure its a good a good idea to pay more of our hard earned money considering the construction activity and emirates city property market.

 

OR you think we should pay now as escrow account now open and you have faith with the developer comments that project will be completed by July 2011.

 

Please advice does anyone know have they started construction on GCD 1 site ? I cant go myself as I am based in USA.
