Increase limits for indexer

Hello,
Whom ever is able to increase the limits for Dave Redmond, Dave has ask me if I can ask it be increased. 50/10 which he is now to 200/40 should cover it.

Hi Ray, I just increased Dave's limits. Sorry for the delay, I was a bit
busy with life the last couple of weeks.
For future requests, please note that the reservation co-ordinators can
also handle this kind of request::
