[GrandComicsDatabase/gcd-django] Add more fields in series page for disambiguation (#448)

More data fields should be displayed in series pages, for disambiguation - as posted in gcd-tech:
Adding country to a display is *still *not enough in some cases. There
are upwards to 1000 of pairs of distinct titles that have the identical
series name, year_began AND country:Most of these are magazine/book. The series search page show this.
But some are book/book, All-New X-Man is one, floppys, tpb and hardcovers
started all in 2013.In the series page, all fields should appear.
