Indicia Publishers with only Year Began not listed

I am trying to update a book published by Penguin Random House, but I can't get the Indicia Publisher that I need in the drop down list.  Only the ones where no Began or Ended value are defined are being shown.  Those that only have a Began date are not being shown.  Can this be fixed?

What is the issue ? What publication year does it have ?
