[GrandComicsDatabase/gcd-django] group and character attributes (Issue #722)

jochengcd created an issue (GrandComicsDatabase/gcd-django#722)

It was suggested that if all characters listed in a group appearance share an attribute X, then the display would show ‘all X’ behind the group and hide the attribute for the characters.

So (all featured), (all cameo) etc

Should be first discussed some more among those interested in characters.
