[GrandComicsDatabase/gcd-django] When migrating credits show the first tab that was modified (Issue #531)

e.g. if the Feature wasn't migrated to a Feature Object, but Credits were migrated, then show the Credits tab by default after responding to the Migrate Credits button request.

I don't see the argument with Feature valid. If the Feature was not migrated, the indexer should see that and if possible do it by hand.
The migration also starts from different places, so while I can see this worth considering in some scenarios, I don't think so in others (e.g. when migrating when copying a story).

I was thinking of scenarios when the feature field is empty.

I guess you still may want to look at the feature field because it may be the case that you want to add one while migrating. I was migrating a bunch of stuff that had no feature and was trying to think how it could be streamlined to less clicks.
