Bug in "Compare With & Copy From Base Issue"

When using this feature, and the Brand Emblem is flagged as being different, if you select the box to take the brand emblem from the source, the end result is both brand emblems are inserted in the target.  Both the source and original target's brand emblems are taken.  Can this be fixed to just take the source brand emblem?

It's probably not anything that affects many people, but a publisher I have been working on lately had some issues with its brand emblems, so I am updating a lot of emblems lately...
