I merged the recent beta changes to the feature code on beta.

So there were no conflicts on merge? What was the PR number for the feature code changes. I want to make sure I'm looking in the right place so I can adjust the APIv2 as necessary.

The feature code (re-using the character-ordering branch) is so far not
merged back into beta.
