internal server error

When I try to add a topic to the voting agenda for policy, I get an internal server error.  I may be doing something wrong but I don't think so.

I don't know the voting code, but you need to enter a number and not
'tonyr'. No idea which number though.

Is there a little magnifying glass next to the box?  You should be able to click that and find yourself in the list it pops up, which will then put the right number in the box (this is the "owner" box, right?)

If it won't let you do that, there may be a permissions problem.

Yeah, it shouldn't throw an internal server error for that.  Then again, the admin UI is really targeted at admins and I just took advantage of the fact that it's generally pretty nice and functional to get a quick voting interface built.  Most of the admin UI is stock code, so I'm not quite sure where that error happens.
