Need help to delete brand emblem

I am trying to delete an obsolete brand emblem. If you look at this page (https://www.comics.org/brand_group/2446/) you will see there are 2 emblems that just say "Harris Comics". One does not have an Emblem (no emblem image). It says there is 1 issue using it but when you click on the "1", there is nothing listed (https://www.comics.org/brand_emblem/12625/) However the button to delete the emblem is grayed out. I think this "phantom issue" is keeping it from allowing it to be deleted.

Can you help track down what needs to be done to delete this?
